As I looked out through the kitchen window one afternoon I saw Eden, my youngest son, returning from school walking down the garden path towards the front door, looking like he was under a cloud, not in a good mood … I could tell! This was the way he often returned from school. Suddenly, a loud bang, the car started to feel weird, the steering wheel, shuddering, I was not in control and being in the outside lane hit the barrier. I struggled to straighten up and steer the car across the other three lanes to the hard shoulder.
